This UHID will be used to validate the member’s identity for efficient and timely process the cashless claim, through this E-card only hospital and insurance company can validate the person who is admitted in the hospital under the health insurance plan and can check the coverages in the policy.
E-card of all employees covered in the policy will be available in the enrolment website which you can download as per your choice. Physical cards also will be provided. Till such time, to avail cashless hospitalization you need to display the employee ID card to the empanelled network hospital and mention your Employee ID on the pre authorization form before the treatment starts. You need to contact HII who will assist you to get the treatment done as cashless.
