Top Up plan can take at the time of a health insurance policy takes or at the time of renewal of a helath insurance policy,If some one take top up plan with the health insurance policy then top up will work as per the basic some insured and if any disease claims covers under basic health insurance plan then after deductible amount top up plan also will be worked if required in the hospitalization. 2. Secondly,If some one take Top Up Policy after 2 or 3 year of the basic health insurance plan in that some diseases cost will be covered as per stander waiting period of the health insurance policy.
