How capping will be calculated in the policy?

Cappings will be calculated as per restricted amount in the policy for room rent, disease wise cappings etc which means only capped amount will be pay for the claim, Example : if a policy has capping for cataract 30K per eye then only 30K will be pay for the cataract, and same for the other diseases which are capped under health insurance.
